    It was nice to stay here. Location is great. Hotel staff is very humble, helpful and caring. There is also facility of veg restaurant. Food is good and it tastes like home food. So staying here is like home feeling.

    Hotel is located uphill from mall road. Road leading to the hotel is very narrow and unclean. There are many steps, so if you are travel-ling with infants or seniors and with luggage that is really difficult to climb so many steps one of the room was big and clean and the other room was not upto the mark. Dressing table was broken and fixed with tape. Wooden table provided on the room was substandard and no where close to the price charged. Worst was the reception. No one even cared to check if we need water. Tea was not available in the room nor the restaurant was open before 8:30 am. Would not recommend if you are looking for a relaxing stay.

    Very poor service, they charging for water multiple*2 and also charging lot of money on cabs, room is very small in hight and size both wash room is very dirty, no table for take dinner or breakfast very dirty smell. 5-excellent. This is for mount embassy

    The property location is a prime area, hotel rooms are also very neat and clean staff also very humble the manager mr. Sunny is very supportive. He arranges all the tours and cab immediately
